YOGA

Drop-in yoga class, appropriate for all levels, BYO MAT, suggested donation $10 — $25 / PWYC.

This 75 minute practice is a slow yoga flow, that integrates breath / body awareness, strength and flexibility. In addition to the Asanas (postures), each class will include a Pranayama (breath work) instruction called the Ham-Sa which is the Buddhist Tummo Meditation. Pranayama prepares us for the closing meditation practice in which we will visualize an image.

Casey's yoga bio:

I began practicing yoga in 2017 to become more flexible, in support of my weight training protocol. I found that with consistent yoga practice, my mind began to change as well. This transformation of mindset led me to an interest in spiritual practices such as meditation. I was inspired to begin teaching yoga by the many instructors who have helped to change my life by sharing their authentic practices. I offer my practice to inspire and share the opportunity for others to experience positive change in themselves.
