The talk will explore how meditation was presented to and became popular in the US in the 1960s – looking at the organizations of Maharishi, Rajneesh and Arica. Then we’ll all participate in a 60-minute movement/meditation to the music of Deuter/Rajneesh.
Everyone welcome – body limitations are not an issue.
Wear comfortable clothes for moving around.
*Free event
